Employee Pledge Card Templates

Use following Microsoft Word documents to laserprint employee name and company name on the current United Way of the Plains pledge cards (available from a United Way representative).

To Download Files:

Windows: Right click on file name. Select "Save Target As..." Save file name with correct 3-letter extension (see name on this page).
